Finally, Youtube launched its Dark Theme on Android.
To match the web counterpart, YouTube also announced a dark theme for its mobile apps. iOS received the update immediately, while Android users had to wait for this update.

That app update (Version 13.35.51) began rolling out at the end of last month. But more users were receiving it from Thursday. So, here’s how to enable dark mode on YouTube for Android.
How to enable Dark Theme on Youtube for Android
YouTube’s dark theme isn’t enabled by default, you’ve to update the latest version 13.35.51 and then you might still need to relaunch the app to get it working. After updating follow these instructions:
1. Access YouTube’s settings
To enable the dark theme on Youtube for Android, you have to click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the app. From there, a menu will pop up with a list of different options including Settings option and Click on it.
2. Tap the General tab
After that, you will get the General tab as the second option in the Settings tab and click on it.
3. Toggle on Dark Theme
Once you’re on the General tab, you should see the Dark Theme as the second option. Tapping the toggle button you will immediately experience the dark theme throughout the Youtube.
If you’re still not experiencing the dark theme of Youtube on Android, you must relaunch your Youtube app to get immediate effect.
